Must See Sites in Monaco
Port Hercules
Deep-water port
If you are ready to do something a little different during your trip to Monaco, head out in your Nissan GT-R Coupe to Port Hercules. This is the only deep-water port located in Monaco and has been utilized since ancient days. The modern portion of the port was completed in 1926 and had further improvements completed during the 1970s. The port covers slightly less than 40 acres and can hold a maximum of 700 vessels. The port can be found in the La Condamine district where you’ll also be near the Rainier III Nautical Stadium and the Princess Antoinette Park.
Saint Nicholas Cathedral
Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception
To witness a true piece of Monaco’s culture and history, drive your Ferrari 488 Spider to the Saint Nicholas Cathedral where numerous Grimaldi family members have been buried. This includes Grace Kelley plus Rainier III. It was originally constructed in the late 1800s but is located where the first local church of the area was built in 1252.
You can join in with the services during many of the religious festivals in the area such as the National holiday on November 19th or the Feast of Sainte Dévote on January 27th. During special moments, you’ll also hear the melodious sound of a four-keyboard organ which has been part of the services since 1976. If you have the time to visit during the months of September through June, you can listen to Les Petits Chanteurs de Monaco plus the Cathedral Choir School who are on hand to sing Mass each Sunday morning.
Whether you decide to stay local and enjoy the various sites, or you want to head out touring through the area, a high-class sports car is the way to go. You’ll be able to travel in complete comfort with top-notch amenities while drawing attention to yourself at all times.
