Welcome to the Fastlane Luxury Cars website. Please read these terms thoroughly before renting a luxury car or using any other service this website offers.

Fastlane Luxury Cars is owned and operated by FF Luxury Fleets Limited. “Fastlane Luxury Cars” is used interchangeably with “FF Luxury Fleets Limited” . The terms and conditions listed here constitute Fastlane Luxury Cars’ service contract agreement between the company and a client. As it has been subject to considerable scrutiny and oversight the terms and conditions laid out here supersede any other agreement, made verbally or in writing. If certain terms are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, this has no bearing on the remainder of the document, where the full force of all other provisions remain in effect. It is made clear that the binding Terms and Conditions (in any case of conflict) are those on the reservation form that is signed by the client prior to his/her rental.

Rental Requirements

A driver must meet the following requirements in order to rent a car from Fastlane Luxury Cars:

Driver must be in possession of a valid driver’s license.
Driver must be 25 years of age, or older for particular cars.
Driver must have access to a comprehensive coverage of automotive insurance
Driver must provide a security deposit, the amount of the deposit will vary depending on the car and the age of the driver.
Driver must accept the terms and conditions, by signing their agreement to all of its provisions on the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the client the reservation fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client with less than two weeks notice to the scheduled delivery date 50% of the balance payment is payable. If less than one week ́s notice is given the full amount is payable.

Rental Charges

Fastlane Luxury Cars accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. Standard credit card fees apply (Visa / MasterCard 2.9%, Amex 5%).All Credit cards are processed immediately upon booking a car. Rental charges are determined based on the combination of the following conditions.

The time duration of the rental
Applicable rental charge (including tax) of daily, weekly or monthly rates
Miscellaneous charges, such as insurance, additional mileage, child seats, etc
Mileage rates
Re-Fueling. All vehicles are provided to clients with a full tank of premium petroleum. In the unusual circumstance that the car does not have a full tank, the level of fuel will be recorded on the rental agreement. The vehicle needs to be returned at a full tank, if not the client is subject to a per liter fee that may be as high as 50% above local market price.

Additional Drivers

Clients are permitted to add additional drivers to the rental agreement for an extra charge. The additional drivers need to meet all the rental requirements stated above.

Amended Charges

Fastlane Luxury Cars reserves the right to a 7 business day inspection period which is calculated from the time the car is returned. This time period will allow for a thorough inspection of the car for any mechanical and body damage, whereby any noted damage or contract violations (such as additional fuel costs, late return etc) will be billed to you.

Traffic and Parking Infringements

The client is responsible for the payment of any traffic fines or parking violations issued while the client was responsible for the car. Fastlane Luxury Cars is entitled to a 90 calendar day time duration starting from the time in which the car was returned to notify the client of such charges and the associated details.

Reporting an Accident

Clients are obligated to first report any accidents to the police and obtain a police report. At the time of the accident the client also needs to obtain the name, address, license plate number insurance provider and their policy number of the other car’s driver. As soon as possible thereafter, the clients need to present all these details and reports to the rental agent.

Damages

The client is responsible for any damages to the car throughout the term of the car rental engagement, irrespective of whether someone else is at fault or the cause has not been identified. The client therefore is fully responsible for the cost of repair up to the value of the security deposit. The client thereby agrees to reimburse Fastlane Luxury Cars for all damage to the car that occurred during the term of the car rental engagement. Acknowledgement and responsibility of this must to be signed off in the rental agreement. In the absence of any damage, loss, or additional charges, the deposit shall be returned in full to the client.

Car Rental Extension

A car rental extension is available to clients who wish to extend the duration of their rental longer than what is specified in the car rental agreement. In this circumstance, Fastlane Luxury Cars needs to be contacted so that the extension can be approved, the rental agreement amended and have the additional payment processed. Failure to comply with this process will incur a late penalty fee, starting from the time of the original return date specified in the rental agreement.

Car Delivery and Pick-Up

To enhance the driving experience of our clients, Fastlane Luxury Cars will deliver any of our cars to a destination of their request, be it a hotel or airport. Please be advised that in certain locations we will deliver only to 4/5 star hotels. A delivery fee may apply for locations beyond a certain distance specified by the rental agent. Fastlane Luxury Cars will have the right to check the pickup / drop off location and to select a different location if the requested location is unsafe from Fastlane Luxury Cars’ point of view.

Rental Restrictions

To ensure the enjoyment of future drivers, a certain standard of conduct is required by clients whilst driving a rental car. Activities forbidden whilst in the car include smoking, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, off-road travel, rigorous driving, drag racing, race track driving and any type of illegal driving. All such forms of conduct are considered to be a contract violation and will incur an additional fee that will be charged to the client.
