Munich to Salzburg in a Porsche 911

Perhaps you’re heading over to Munich to celebrate a special event or surprise birthday party for a friend or colleague. Imagine their face when you roll up in a gleaming Porsche 911. Head southeast down the A8 towards Prien am Chiemsee, a challenging 87km drive with plenty of steep hills and tight turns for the Porsche to navigate without batting an eyelid. There are some 3+3 lane sections for opening the throttle, but keep your eye on the posted speed limits. You need a vignette (pre-paid toll permit) to drive on motorways in Austria, so turn around before the border or switch to country roads for the final stretch to Salzburg.
